What should you do in Stage 1 of weaning?
Offer food 1 a day in small amounts after little milk, purée food with a blender/ mash with fork to remove lumps, introudce a variety of tastes, encourage babies with smiles and talking, serve food at same temp as milk, sterile equippment.
