How many hours are you allowed to work a week?
No more than 48 hours unless you sign an angreement saying you are willing to work longer.

How long do you have to work to qualifying for rest break?
6 hours for 20 min break, or under 18, 4.5 hours for 30 minute break

No Time sheet?
Worker must still be paid, agency must find out how many hours they have worked. They can delay the payment but only for a reasonable time to find out how many hours theyve worked.

What does AWR 2010 equal treatment include?
Length of working time (not logner than employees), rest breaks and rest periods (entitled to same as employees) and pay during travel time during working hours, on call pay and standby pay.

How does 12 week qualifying period work?
Rules of employment apply irrespective of working pattern, FT or PT can accumalate hours over 12 weeks.
