Describe the Biological Explanation of Schizophrenia
Excess dopamine levels cause schizophrenia. Excess D2 receptors, excess DA being released, and too many D2 Receptors. Based on the observation of amphetamine users, they experienced similar symptoms to schizophrenics when taking drugs.

Discuss Limitations of Diagnostic Criteria When Diagnosing Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia shares many symptoms with other disorders such as bi-polar, and depression. Schizophrenia is also co-morbid with other disorders (sufferers also tend to suffer from other disorders.) Old DSM was flawed, only 1 symptom was needed.
