Give 3 reasons why Pe is offered in schools
To provide a balance with other subjects ( as it is primarily theory). To improve health and fitness levels. To prepare young people to take part in physical activity when they leave school.

If a member of staff wants to give up their time to teach then they can offer another club. Also if they are passonaite about a sport then this will be passsed on to the students.
