Short Stories
Use basic SPaG; Use descriptive techniques e.g. similes, metaphors, pathetic fallacy, alliteration; Hook the reader with the introduction e.g. omen, plunge, intrigue; Fluctuate paragraph and sentence length for effect.

Use opinionated adjectives; Sound reasonable - no threats; Stay unbiased and factual to support your complaints; Clearly organise points into paragraphs; In your conclusion, ask for any compensation you feel is justified.
