What is conflict?
disagreement which can lead to fighting

war that is fought under the just war criteria in order to make war as fair as possible

must be controlled by a government, must have a just cause, must have a clear aim, must have a good outcome, only sufficient force should be used, must be a chance of success and war must be the last resort

war fought in the name of god

because they go against the just war theory and the holy war theory

means to put off countries off starting a war as they fear a nuclear attack

nuclear, biological, chemical and radiological

What are the reasons for proliferation (increase in nuclear countries)?
they deter other countries from attacking, they maintain peace and use of other WMDs is made less likely

nuclear proliferation makes use more likely, there is no moral justification for their use and they are a waste of money

they offer food, shelter and medicine

they do this because of the teachings of Jesus and parables like the Good samaritan which teaches us to help the needy
