What's A constitution?
An authoritative set of rules that seeks to establish the role, powers and functions of the institutions of government

When 55 delegates representing 12/13 states come together to create a federal constitutiion, a bill of rights and an indicate of set of checks and balances between the differet levels and branches of government

What's a Codefied Constitution?
A single document that sets out the laws, rules and principles by which a state is to be governed, as well as the rights of citizens.

What is Funamental law?
S status of jigher law, placing the Constitution above any legislation. It creates a 2tier legal system.

Provisions set out in the Constitution are extremely difficult to change, due to the amendment process required.
