Viruses
Viruses are ACELLULAR- they are not cell, and they aren't living. They are just nucleic acids surrounded by proteins. Some examples include the recently famous Ebola virus, AIDS and HIV.
All viruses need to reproduce to do any damage. As they aren't alive, they can't just undergo mitosis. Instead, they invade living eukaryotic cells. These cells are known as a host cell.
