WWI - WHEN THE TSAR WAS STILL IN POWER
Why was the outbreak of war a good thing for the Tsar? List two major reasons.
It created a sense of unified jubilance between Russia’s otherwise turbulent, diverse ethnicities, as they seemed to converge against a common enemy and pay homage to the Tsar as one Russian people led into a war in which victory seemed almost certain.
