The Slices of Film Studies (Production, Distribution, Exhibition)

Its is sometimes hard to remember the stages of the Film Production Cycle, but in many ways its just like making a cake. I know, sounds silly, but honestly if you think about it....

Production -

Say you have a person (the production company) who wants to bake a cake (the film). In order to start baking the cake, he needs all his ingrediants (the film making process) to place into the cake, such as -

• Eggs- Crew Assembly
• Milk- Financing
• Flour- Actors / Actresses
• Butter- Script / Screenplay 
• Baking Powder- Directors / Producers
