A presidential Prime Minister is one who is seen to act alone and takes responsibility individually. They do not require the rest of Cabinet to make decisions. Margaret Thatcher and Tony Blair are the main examples of this.
However, John Major and David Cameron are recent examples of prime ministers who did not adopt this style whether out of personal choice or to ensure stable government.
