- Cardio-vascular:
The ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time.
Test: Aerobic Fitness Testing, Multistage shuttle run.
- Muscular Edndurance:
The ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired.
- Muscular Strength:
The amount a force a muscle can exert against a resistance.
Test: Sit ups
- Flexibilty:
The range of movement possible at a joint.
Test: Sit and Reach bench
- Body Composition:
The % of body weight that is fat, muscle and bone.
Test: Skin Callipers, Bod Pods
