Present Tense Verbs

The present tense is used to talk about what is currently happening

In German there are two grous of verbs:

Weak (Regular)

Strong (Irregular)

Weak Verbs

This is the pattern most weak verbs follow:

1. Start with an infinitive

2. Take off the -en, to leave the stem

3. Decide on the subject

4. Add the correct present tense ending according to the chosed subject
