Salmonella
- Causes: Contaminated eggs, poultry, meat, unpasteurized milk or juice, cheese, raw fruit and veg, spices, nuts, animals spread it
- Incubation Period: 12-72hrs
- Symptoms: Diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, fever
Listeria Monocytogenes
- Causes: Mainly spread through contaminated food, or when food is handled or cooked then left out before being packaged
- Incubation Period: 3-70 days
- Symptoms: High temperature, muscle aches, chills, feeling and being sick, diarrohea. Severe symptoms include: headache, stiff neck, confusion, fits, twitching
Campylobacter
- Causes: Raw or uncooked poultry, unpasteurized milk, contaminated water
- Incubation Period: 2-5 days
