Types of food service - 1. Counter Service: Counter Service is where all food and drink options are displayed at a long counter. Customers take a tray and choose what they want, move along the queue and pay at the end. 2. Fast Food Service: Fast Fodd Service is where food and drink options are displayed on a menu or on a screen outside at a drive-through.
