System life cycle: series of stages involved in replacing old system with a new one.
Stages are:
1) Preliminary study
2) Feasibility study - preliminary investigation to look at technical, economical, legal, operational, schedule (TELOS) feasibility of the required new system; at the end of this stage, senior management will decide whether or not to give approval to carry on.
3) Analysis of the problem and proposed solution - an investigation (by interview, questionnaire, observation, and study of documentation). This is to look at how current system works…
