Mixtures
- mixtures are made of two or more substances that haven't been chemically combined
- Chromotography- seperates solutions with a different number of solutes and solvents
- solute (a substance being dissolved)
- solvent (the element dissolving the solute)
- the solvent moves up the paper and carries the solute with it in the solution
- Crystilisation (heating the mixture so the solvent evaporates)
