Appeals from Magistrates
- Starts in magistrates
- Only defence can appeal to Crown Court
- Appeal from Crown Court can only be appealed to Queens Bench Divisional Court if there is a point of law up for discussion known as Case stated appeal
- Can then be appealed to Supreme Court
- Can be directly appealed to Queens Bench Divisional Court from the Magistrates Court if there is a point of Law that needs to be discussed also known as Case stated appeal
- Then again it can be appealed to House of Lords
