Key Words (as defined by OCR in the A2 textbook glossary)
Ecosystem - All the living organisms and all the non-living components in a specific habitat, and their interactions.
Ecosystems can be on a large scale (such as the sea, or the savannah), or on a small scale (such as a pond or a single tree)
Habitat - The place where an organism or population of organisms lives.
Population - All of the organisms of one species, who live in the same place at the same time, and who can breed together.
Community - All the populations of different species that live in the same place at the same time, and can interact with each other.
