Relative Stability in the 20s - no extra parliamentary actin like in 1918-23 (Spartacist uprising or Munich Putsch)
Nature of the political parties in Germany was not likely to be most successful in Weimar Republic's electoral system
Parties mainly acted in their own interests and interests of own section of supporters, rather than as national parties of Government representing everybody.
Proportional Representation not totally successful - each party got seats based on the votes they were given.
Parties unwilling to form coalition - problems faced by the Weimar Government were not tackled.
