Different Interpretations on what happens at Life after Death for Muslims:

®   Many Muslims believe that the soul stays with the body until the Last Day, but the dead will not be aware of the passing of time and the Last Day will appear to come straight after death.

®   Some Muslims believe that the soul will hover over the grave until the Last Day, and will be aware of visitors.

®   Some Muslims believe the soul will be questioned by angels and punished or rewarded in the grave.

®   Some Muslims believe that, because God is merciful and compassionate, he will forgive bad Muslims and good non-Muslims and allow them into heaven.

®   Some Muslims believe that good Jews and Christians may be allowed into heaven because of what the Qur'an says about them.
