Maths unit A:Sampling

-Discrete data is only fixed values

-Continuous data can be any value in a range of values

-Simple random sampling is when you just randomly pick a sample to represent a population

-Random stratified sampling is made up of different layers of certain groups there is a way to work this out which is on another card

-Systematic sampling is when samples are taken following a certain rule e.g. every 5th person gets chosen
