Strengths - skill 1 - Roundoff

  • Strength because it is a prerequisite to other moves.
  • Whole of skill was to a high standard including prep, ex + recov.
  • Prep - fast runup leading up to the skill, demonstrates newtons law of accelleration.
  • Exec - Legs were parralel meaning that they could work together.
  • Recov - Because legs were together, the roundoff is able to 'punch' the performer from the ground.
