This is a very useful powerpoint offering a concise overview of the UK judicial system. many students will find it a useful re-introduction to the topic and major issues attached to it. I would take issue only with the omission of a lack of constitutional certainty linked to parliamentary sovereignty in the Weaknesses column in slide 13, and the failure to spell labour correctly in an earlier slide.
