- DLP fled to brother Richard (in court of Maximilian
- Yorkist support gathered in Flanders- Henry acted ruthlessly (insecurity)
- Parliament met in Jan 1504- 51 men connected to Suffolk- attained - largest number condemned by parliament in his reign
- Key victims: Sir James Tyrell (confessed murdering young prices- preventing future imposters) and Governor of Guisnes (where DLP sought shelter)
- Henry desperate to destroy DLP
- Little he could do while DLP was on continent protected by foreign princes
- 1506 storm- Philip of Burgundy and wife conveniently forced to take refuge in England
- H persuaded him to surrender DLP- agreed on condition that DLP wouldn't be killed
- 1513- DLP (Suffolk) executed by Henry VIII
