Failure of provisional government

- Food supplied to industrial workers
- Land distributed between peasants
  - Or wait until elections take place
    - Post elections: freedom of speech & workers rights

    - Kerensky asked Bolsheviks to use red army - stay in power
      - Kornilov plot failed
        Kerensky = weak + humiliated
