- Schools that offer a range of activities provide a variety of experiences for students where they can make progress and achievements.It will also help students find their area of interest and the sport that they want to focus on.

- Schools provide up to do hours of PE lessons a week which is insufficient to improve a person's fitness but the PE lessons can educate a student on the amount of exercise that they should be doing.
